PTA STANDING COMMITTEE CHAIR DESCRIPTIONS
HCES PTA is looking for volunteers to join the PTA Board as Standing Committee Chairs. The available positions are Room Parent Coordinator, Spirit Wear, Silent Auction, Reflections, and Hospitality.

Room Parent Coordinator: Leads the Room Parent meeting in August, coordinates communications between the PTA Board and Room Parents, and coordinates volunteers for PTA and school events.

Spirit Wear: Designs, orders, and distributes HCES spirit wear items like t-shirts, hats, etc...

Silent Auction: Collects items for the Silent Auction in October, promotes the event, and sets up the auction.

Reflections: Acts as the liaison for the AL PTA Reflections program, promoted the Reflection program to HCES students, helps with submissions, and works with others to vote for winners to move to the next level.

Hospitality: Gets volunteers for the bi-weekly Happy Cart, enhances PTA and school events with decorations, and comes up with ideas to love on our faculty and staff (coffee trucks, dessert bar, breakfast, etc...)
